Following continued growth, they’re now looking to bring in a Senior .NET Developer to join their engineering team. The Role
As a Senior .NET Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing, building and maintaining scalable applications that power the company’s fintech platform. Working closely with Product, Engineering and the wider business, you’ll help deliver high-quality software while driving best practices across the development lifecycle.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while mentoring others and contributing to architectural decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Designing, developing and maintaining modern applications using C# and .NET
  • Building and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Developing scalable cloud-native solutions within Microsoft Azure
  • Working across both backend and frontend technologies to deliver end-to-end features
  • Contributing to system architecture and technical design discussions
  • Implementing and improving CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable deployments
  • Writing clean, maintainable and well-tested code
  • Optimising SQL databases and improving application performance
  • Exploring and implementing AI-powered features where they add genuine customer value
  • Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Designers and fellow Engineers
  • Mentoring junior developers and promoting engineering best practices
  • Continuously improving development processes and technical standards
What They’re Looking For
 
Essential Skills
  • Strong commercial experience developing with C# and .NET
  • Experience designing and building REST APIs
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong SQL and database design knowledge
  • Commercial frontend development experience (React, Angular or Vue)
  • Understanding of modern software architecture and design patterns
  • Experience working within Agile development teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Nice to Have
  • Experience working within fintech or other regulated industries
  • Exposure to AI technologies, machine learning integrations or LLM APIs
  • Experience with containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Infrastructure as Code experience
  • Knowledge of event-driven architecture or microservices
  • Experience mentoring or leading developers
